The COVID pandemic and rising conversations around diversity and inclusion issues have forced us to
look at inequities embedded in modern society, tying into larger conversations about race, ethnicity,
discrimination, and institutionalized racism. Reflecting on the wide gaps that separate us, it is crucial that we create space for conversations devoted to discovering deeper connections, building bridges, and learning about each other’s lives to create a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for everyone. This program is part of The Cultural Engagement Playbook®, an innovative diversity and inclusion
training program developed out of the University of Pittsburgh.
