The Cultural Engagement Playbook ® and our CEP Kits © are resource-intensive to produce, which limits access for many schools and community organizations. Though we operate as a small for-profit entity, our commitment to compassion and human connection leads us to reinvest support so that non-profit organizations and public schools can benefit from this work. Dialogistics®, a small for-profit licensed start-up, I established to advance this work as a whole, focuses on strengthening communities through connection, compassion, and meaningful engagement.

Our goal is to equip students with the skills to build genuine connections, foster belonging, and communicate across differences with confidence and empathy. Our participant-centered approach uses relatable, hands-on cultural engagement activities that encourage reflection and make learning meaningful and lasting.
